WomanOwned.com started as Woman Owned Workplaces in May, 1997 as part of At First Site, Inc. and then moved to it's own home at WomanOwned.com in September 1997. Through word of mouth, the site has grown to serve over 1.5 million women business owners from all around the world.  We provide online business information and networking assistance as well as a number of resources for setting up / running / growing businesses.  Our most outstanding feature is an online search engine of women business owners from every type of industry and from almost every country around the world!
